Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 0.50 cup (remove) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) Salt, 2 tsp (remove) Canola Oil, 0.50 cup (remove) Banana, fresh, 1.50 cup, mashed (remove) Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove) Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove) Granulated Sugar, 0.50 cup (remove) Flour, white, 2 cup (remove) *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 16 tbsp (remove) Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 2 cup (remove) Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.50 cup (remove) Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 8 tbsp (remove) Any Whey Protein Powder, 1 cup (remove) Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)egg white, fresh, 3 large (remove)
Directions
makes 24 muffins, pre heat oven @ 350

Mix wet (except last three), mix dry, add dry to wet, add bananas, chips and nuts. Place in lined muffin pans. Bake about 20 mins, depending onyour oven. Watch carefully, protein powder browns quickly.

    These are great! My kids love them, too. Easy to grab for breakfast, and keep me full all morning. I use whole wheat flour and leave out the chocolate chips. I also add a little vanilla. I have made these several times and plan to continue! - 3/20/11
