Fresh Ceasar Dressing

Ingredients
2-4 flat anchovies 1Egg, fresh,large, raw3/4 cup Olive Oil 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 cloves of garlic chopped
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and whirl...I calculated approximately 2 tbl spoons per serving but that is just an approximate....The original recipe had more oil in it (2/3) but I haven't modified otherwise. Don't forget to count the croutons!
