4 Tomatoes, chopped. I prefer Roma tomatoes because they stay firm.Onion, chopped. I prefer to use green onions but yellow onion will do.Fresh Cilantro, just chop up a few tbsps.1 Clove Garlic, Choped fine.1 small can of green chilis, chopped. 1 Serrano Pepper. It is small but packs a punch!1 Lime, squeezed.
Very Simple to make. Just dice and combine all ingredients except for the lime. leave it for last. I like to use my magic bullet to chop it to a very fine consistancy. Then squeeze in the lime juice and refrigerate for a few hours. Serve with chips or on your favorite dish. Makes about 4 servings.
