Ingredients
1 1/2 C All purpose flour (can use wheat)3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp sugar1 1/4 C milk1 egg3 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
Directions
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Pour milk into a 2 cup glass measure and stir in egg and butter. Blend well. Pour liquid all at once into dry ingredients, stir together just until all the flour is moistened. Makes 9 pancakes.
