Mashed Turnips

Ingredients
1 medium turnip4 medium potatoes2 tsp salt1.5 Tbsp brown sugar1 Tbsp minced onion3 Tbsp margarinesalt & pepper
Directions
Place turnip and potatoes in pot, adding salt. Bring to rapid boil. Once tender, drain. Add oinion, sugar, and butter. Mash until smooth and fluffy.
