Ingredients
8 oz cooked breakfast sausage5 large eggs5 egg whites4 cup diced hash browns1 cup low fat cheddar, shredded3/4 cup skim milk1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
brown sausage and spread in greased 9x13 pan. mix beaten eggs, milk and butter and pour over sausage. sprinkle potatoes, then cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
