French Toast Souffle

10cups italian bread cubed 1- 8oz block of lowfat cream cheese 8 eggs 1 1/2 cups 1% milk 2/3 cup half and half 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1. Place bread cubes in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl beat cream cheesewith an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in milk, half and half, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour mixture over the bread. Cover and refrigerate over night.
3. the next morning remove from refrigerator, and let sit for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
4.Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve warm
