Chicken Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
chicken breast, no skin1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes1 8 oz can tomato saucefresh mushroomsfresh bok choy chopped (stems and leaves)fresh broccolishredded carrotsgarlic olive oilItalian seasoningwhole wheat flourwhole wheat spaghetti (or another pasta)
Directions
Cook the chicken breast, mushrooms, garlic, and onion in skillet with olive oil and italian seasonings.
When chicken is almost done cooking, remove from pan, and add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet.
Chop the chicken into bite sized pieces and return to the pan. Continue to simmer, covered, on the stove until vegetables are tender. Add flour to the sauce to thicken if desired

While the sauce is simmering cook the pasta to desired tenderness. When the pasta is cooked, and the sauce is ready, bring the two together and enjoy!!!
