Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed Pasta, cooked, 16 ozOlive Oil, .75 cup Butter, salted, .5 cup (1 stick) Broccoli, fresh 3 to 4 crowns, rough cut into bite size flowets. (frozen 1 bag)*Horseradish, 1 tbspSalt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp*Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz Garlic, 6 tsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cupParsley, dried, 2 tbsp
PLACE CHICKEN ON BAKING DISH, SEASON TO TASTE, I USE SEASON SALT, BLACK PEPPER, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER AND PARSLEY.
BAKE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 30 TO 45 MINUTES UNTIL COOKED THROUGH.
AS CHICKEN BAKES,
PUT OIL, BUTTER, HORSERADISH, GARLIC. LEMON AND ALL OTHER SEASONS IN LARGE PAN OR DUTCH OVEN. HEAT OVER VERY LOW HEAT STIRRING OCCATIONALLY FOR AS LONG AS CHICKEN IS COOKING. BUTTER WILL MELT AND FLAVORS MERGE
ALSO WHILE CHICKEN IS COOKING, COOK FRESH OR FROZON BROCOLLI DON'T OVER COOK IT SHOULD BE A LITTLE CRUNCHY. STRAIN AND SET ASIDE.
COOK 1 BOX OF PENNE (LINED WORKS BEST) DON'T OVER COOK LEAVE A LITTLE ALDONTE
ONCE CHICKEN AS COOKED THROUGH, CUT INTO LARGE BITE SIZE PIECES.
