Buffalo Chicken Sandwhiches

Ingredients
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts (without skin)2 Wholewheat buns4 tomatoe slices2 lettuce leafs2 tbsp light salad dressing (mayo)3 tsp hot sauce (Franks hot sauce)
Directions
Cook the chicken breasts using a grill (like a hamilton beach, mine has a lid so it only takes 10 min) Toast your buns by spliting them in half, adding a skiff of marg. have them face up and broil till golden. When buns are done add mayo, lettuce and tomatoes on one half. Add chicken when cooked. Brush on hot sauce. Enjoy!!

* You can use breaded chicken but the calories are higher!

* You can add more hot sauce, I like to coat mine ;)

* Try using left over chicken fingers (tastes great!)
