- Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
Directions
1 c. (30 grams) dry wakame2T chili garlic sauce.5T sesame oil.5T agave nectar.5T low-sodium soy sauce (or bragg's)cold water
Cover dried wakame with cold water, let sit for 5 minutes.
Drain off water & mix in remaining ingredients (go slow if you like & tweek to taste---I like a lot of spice, not much sweet).
ENJOY!
Good variations can include julienned cucumber or carrots (allow them to soak in cold water also for best texture) or even vermicelli or buckwheat noodles.
