Ingredients
2 Cans Of Original RoTel MIx 1 cup of diced Cilantro6 Corn Tortilla Shells8 cups of Chicken Broth 1 lb diced Chicken Breast
Directions
Dice and Cook Chicken
Add Broth / chopped cilantro / Rotel into a pot
boil for 20 minutes
cut the tortillia shells add to boiling broth
boil for additional 10 minutes
season chicken to taste

makes approx 12 1 cup servings
