Thick Low Fat Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
1/3 c. sugar1/4 c. cocoa3 T. cornstarch1/8 t. salt2 c. skim milk1 t. vanilla
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients. Stir in milk until smooth. Microwave on high 3 minutes, stir. Microwave another 4-6 minutes on high, stirring every minute until thickened (my microwave takes about 7 minutes total). Stir in vanilla. Spoon into individual serving bowls.
