Jimmy Dean Reduced Fat Pork Sausage 12ozOre Ida Country Style Hash Browns 24 ozCheddar Cheese Shredded 8oz3/4 cup milk1/4 cup melted butter9 eggs
Cook and chop up sausage on stove top, drain and layer on the bottom of 9x13 casserole dish.
In a bowl mix eggs with milk and butter, then pour this on top of the sausage. I like to also chop up onions and green peppers and throw that in as well as maybe some extra seasonings.
Then layer the hashbrowns (frozen) on top of the rest of the ingredients.
Then you can top it off with the cheese. I sometimes like to do different cheeses to have a variety of flavors.
Then just throw into the oven for an hour at 350 degrees. Awesome meal.
