Lindy's Sour cream potatoes with mozzarella

Ingredients
Red potatoes 2 lbs cooked2/3 cup sour cream fat free1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper2 oz mozzarella
Directions
Peel potatoes. Boil potatoes. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Mix with a mixer for a nice creamy consistency.
