Homemade Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped*Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 1.75 tbsp*Velveeta Cheese Product, 2 ozWater, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dash Half and Half Cream, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix all ingred. except cheese and half and half to a boil. Once broccoli is soft take a mixer and mix up the broccoli until it is creamy then slowly add in the velveeta chesse that you cut up into small pieces. Turn it down on low and let the cheese melt. Once it has melted add in the milk. It is ready to eat.

Serves 6 at 1 1/2 cups each.
