Chicken Salad Croissanwich

Ingredients
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken1 cup cubed 2% Swiss cheese, sliced if necessary2/3 cup Kraft Light Mayonnaise1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley1 teaspoon lemon juice1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper6 lettuce leaves6 sandwich-style croissants, split
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken and cubed Swiss cheese. Combine the mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice and pepper; add to chicken mixture and mix well.

Place a lettuce leaf on each croissant; top with about a 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture and top with other half of croissant.
