Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
1 12oz box of multi grain pasta (elbow or penne)2 egg whites2 cups skim milk1/4 cup smart balance light buttery spread3 slices Borden cheddar singles1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to cooking directions on box. Once cooked, drain water well.
2. Put pasta in large bowl. Mix shredded cheese and light butter with warm pasta
3. Empty pasta into a 9x9 in nonstick baking dish if you are using a glass baking dish just spray with cooking spray.
4. In a small bowl beat together egg whites and milk. Pour this mixture on top of pasta .
5. Cut the cheese singles in half leaving you with six strip to lay on top of pasta.
6. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
