Chicken, can of black beans, salsa, chopped onion, taco seasoning, lime, olive oil, whole wheat tortilla, lettuce
Cut up chicken and cook in olive oil til done. Add taco seasoning, can of black beans (drained & rinsed, salsa, onion, and lime juice (a squeeze). Cook til hot, wrap about 1 cup mixture and lil lettuce in whole wheat tortilla, enjoy :O)
