Crockpot Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken breast, boneless skinless or ground chicken breast2 15.5 oz cans chili beans1 15 oz can of black beans drained and rinsed1 15.5 oz Red Kidney Beans1 14.5 oz can Tomatoes with Green chilis2 5.5 oz cans V8 Spicy Hot2 packets chili seasoning mix
Directions
Place all ingredients into the Crockpot. Cook on high for 6 hours, stir occasionally. Can be topped with cheese and sour cream. Can also be made quickly on the stove, brown chicken with 1/4 of the chili seasoning until down. Then add the other ingredients to a large pot simmar on medium high for 30 minutes and enjoy. This makes 8 1 cup servings.
