Crockpot chicken stew

Ingredients
1 whole chicken (5-6 pounds)4 stalks celery, whole3 carrots, chopped (or bagged baby carrots)1 large onion, quartered1 package vegetable soup mix1/2 c. white wine
Directions
Rinse chicken and place in crockpot.
Add celery & onion into chicken cavity
Add carrot and sprinkle soup mix on top
Add wine.
Cook on high 4-6 hours.
Serve with oven roasted potatoes.
