3 chicken breasts cubed1 small onion diced2 tbl garlic1 egg16 oz cottage cheese1 can low fat low sodium cream of chicken soup1/2 cup skim milk1/4 cup parmesan cheese1 pkg of fresh sliced mushrooms 2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
cook chicken, onion and garlic set aside cook noodles set aside
mix egg, cottage cheese, milk and soup
layer noodles then chicken, then egg mix, and sprinkle layer with mushrooms, parmesan and then mozzerlla cheese repeat until finished top with mozzerella cover with foil and bake let set for 10 min. before serving
