Sauteed veggies and potatoes

Ingredients
3 med potatoes, chopped1/4 c red bell peppers chopped1/4 c green peppers chopped2 cups onion, sliced1/2 c canned diced tomatoes1 Tbs olive oilLawry salt to taste
Directions
First, carmelize onions in a very hot pan. Place in a bowl and set aside. Cook potatoes in olive oil until tender with Lawry salt. Add all other ingredients and sautee until peppers are tender.
