Grilled Scallops and Jumbo Shrimp with Cilantro and Lime

Ingredients
6 large jumbo shrimps4 large, dry scallopscooking oil spraylimessmall bunch of cilantro for garnish
Directions
Wash and pat dry scallops. Peel and de-vein shrimp. Rinse them and dry.

Heat up the grill. Give a light spray of cooking oil spray so the seafood will not stick.

Grill for approximately 6 minutes, or until firm. do not over cook.

Plate with salad and garnish with cilantro and lime.
