1 15 oz can organic black beans1 15 oz can organic pinto beans1 15 oz can organic kidney beans1 lb pastured ground beef (optional)1 medium onion4 garlic cloves2 TBS olive oil3 TBS paprika1 TBS cumin1 tsp chili powder2 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Makes 12 1-cup servings.
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add beef and cook 10 min or so while cutting meat into 1/2" pieces. Add cans of beans and maybe 1/2 cup water (as needed). Cook 15 minutes. Add spices. Cook 5 min. Check and adjust spices. Serve with cornbread.
