Ingredients
* Carrots, raw, 2 medium grated * 1 can Crushed Pineapple Drained * 1/2 cup Yogurt, low fat, vanilla * Raisins 6 Tablespoons
Directions
using a grater, start grating the carrots
squish all juice out of pineapple
mix the two together
add raisins and yogurt
mix all and serve :)
