Slow Cooker vegetarian chili

Ingredients
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained1 can black beans, rinsed and drained2 Tb reduced sodium taco seasoning mix1/2 onion chopped16 oz jar of salsa (I use medium heat)16 oz frozen corn1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed1 carrot, peeled and cubed1/4 cup water
Directions
Pour all of the ingredients into the slow cooker. Stir to mix. Set on low, and cook 6-8 hours. I like it with low-fat sour cream and cheese, but you can add what you like.
