1 cup chopped onion1 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper2 TBSP finely chopped jalapeno pepper2 TBSP snipped cilantro1 tsp olive oil2 garlic cloves, pressed2 cans (15.5 oz each) black beans, drained and rinsed1 can (14-14..5 oz) fat-free vegetable broth1 TBSP lime juice1 tsp ground cumin
Chop onion, bell pepper and jalapeno pepper. Snip the cilantro; set aside.
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper and garlic; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add black beans , refried beans, broth, lime juice and cumin; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in cilantro into chili. Serve:)
