Sweet Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 3/4 c chopped chicken (or 1 lg pack Perdue Short Cuts)1 med red pepper1 med onion2 celery stalks1/4 c raisins1 lg pear1 packet Splendasalt
Directions
1 - chop up all the vegetables and large pear

2 - caramelize the onions with pears, pour splenda and salt with some water over it, cover and set aside when done

3- in the same pan cook up peppers and celery

4- toss everything together in a large bowl, including chicken and raisins

5- serves 6 big healthy portions
