I'm so excited for this, i may too use the chipotle peppers as well. But i LOVE black beans, so i can't wait! - 4/1/11

I made this but made some changes. I used 2 cans of black beans and one can of butter beans. I also used chipotle peppers in adobe sauce that gave it a nice smokey flavor. I used the cumin and the garlic and onion powders but not the other spices. The chipotle peppers gave it enough of a kick! - 1/29/11

I also used chipolte peppers. 1/2 the black beans, added 1/2 can chick peas and a little EVOO to make it smoother! Yummy! - 7/27/12

Excellent. I also added a little bit of bean liquid (I used homemade, not canned), and it was great. - 9/12/10

Delicious, but I found that I needed to add some more liquid in order to let it process. So I added some water and it came out perfect. Will definitely make it again. - 4/15/10

Great recipe - will be good with some salsa and "scoopables" - thanks for the low-cal snack! - 2/24/10
