Ham & Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. beans, mixed8 c. water2 c. ham, cubed1 c. sliced carrots1 c. chopped celery1 c. chopped onion1 28 oz. can tomatoes, chopped2 T. lemon juice1 tsp chili powder1 tsp. paprika1 T. parsley
Directions
Wash, sort , and drain beans, if needed. Pour into slow cooker. Add ham, carrots, celery, and onion. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until tender. Add tomatoes, lemon juice, chili powder, paprika, and parsley. Cook 1 hour. Serve
