Stir Fry with Chicken Thigh

Ingredients
1lb chicken thighs3 c potatoes diced3 c mushrooms sliced1/3 c water2 tbsp oil2 tbsp soy sauce2 tsp sugar1 bell pepper1 packet Stir Fry Oriental Seasoning Mix
Directions
makes 5 cups
Warm up the wok. Make the seasoning mix per packet instructions. Cook the meat in the oil. Add mushrooms, and sauce, and cook for 5 min. Add potatoes, cook for 5 min. Add peppers, cook for 5 more min. Serve.
