Healthy Chicken & Dumplings

Approx. 1.5 cups of cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces1 can 98% fat free Cream of Chicken condensed soup1 can 98% fat free Cream of Celery condensed soup2 cups non-fat milk, dividedDash of saltDash of pepper1 8.5 oz. can of peas and carrots1 12 oz. can of corn
1. Combine soups and 1.5 cups of milk with a whisk until smooth.
2. Add veggies and stir.
3. Pour in skillet and add chicken. Heat on high until mixture comes to a boil.
4. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix approximately 1.25 cups of Bisquick Heart Smart with remaining milk until a wet dough is made.
5. When chicken mixture is boiling drop about 6 "balls" of dough onto top of mixture (they will sink a little, but that's okay).
6. Cook uncovered on low for about 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 more minutes.
