Oatmeal Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw (not instant) oats1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 packet Splenda1/2 tsp cinnamon4 egg whites
Directions
Process all ingredients in food processor/blender. Let sit a few minutes. Cook by 1/4 cup batches in nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Will not bubble, so flip when feels set.
