3 whole wheat tortillas6 slices turkey bacon2 large eggs2 egg whites1 plum tomato, chopped1/2 avocado, chopped2 tbsp salsa
Cook turkey bacon. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Chop tomatoes and avocado. Beat eggs and egg whites. Saute tomatoes and avocado until warmed. Add eggs and scramble until just cooked. Warm tortilla for 10 sec in microwave. Split eggs between tortillas, top with salsa and roll. Serve 1 1/2 burritos per person.
