Ingredients
Turkey Drippings (minus fat) or chicken broth - 2 cupsAny Vegetables you have sitting round. (I used some celery and onions I had from the christmas stuffing, and a bag of mixed veggies from the freezer.A couple peices of bonels skinless chicken breast or turkey already cooked, doesn't matter.Garlic powder and Thyme to tasteI also used some leftover Bell's Seasoning.
Directions
Skim the fat off your turkey drippings and add to a pot with some water, or using broth of you choose.

Add your Chicken breast, either thawed or frozen, whole, into the pot.

Chop Your vegetables. I chopped roughly, to make a very hearty feeling soup.

Add veggies to pot. If you choose, also add frozen veggies, or skip chopping altogether for frozen.

Add spices to taste. (or rather, smell, since you can't taste water with partially raw chicken in it)

Remove Chicken and chop. Again, I chopped roughly. You can chop finer if you wish.

Re-add Chicken.

Let boil untill you are ready to eat, making sure the Chicken is fully cooked.

Cooking time will be less if using cooked meat.

In a big pot, I would estimate about 6 servings, approx 1-1.5 cups in size.
