Ingredients
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in half1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning mix1/2 Cup Fiber One Cereal, finely ground1/4 Cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese1/4 Cup Egg Beaters OriginalWonder Light Hamburger Buns
Directions
Combine cereal, seasonings & cheese in large bowl. Pour egg beaters into separate bowl. Drag chicken into egg first, then coat with crumb mixture. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray & bake for approx 30 minutes until done. This is so good as a sandwich or separate with rice & veggies!

Also - I've left out the parmesan cheese & melted Provolone on top - soo yummy!
