Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 C. Raisins1/2 C. Flour1 C. Sugar1/2 tsp. Cinnamon2 tsp. Baking powder3/4 C. Oil1/2 C. canned solid Pumpkin2 lg. Eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups. Put raisins in a small bowl and cover in boiling water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Drain. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add oil, pumpkin, eggs, and raisins to dry mixture and stir. Divide into muffin cups. Bake 25 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Serve warm.
