Mexican Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups salsa1/2 cup water1 can corn1 cup rinsed black beans3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice4 skinless boneless chicken breastspaprika1/4 cup cheese
Directions
mix your soup with the salsa, corn, beans, water and rice in a 9X9 baking dish

placechicken breast on top of the mixture and sprinkle the paprika over them

cook on 375 F for 45 minutes or until the chicken and rice are done. Top with cheese and let melt

Makes 4 servings

the cheese can easily be omitted
