Sweet & Sour Pepper Slaw

Ingredients
cabbage, carrots, red onion, apple, splenda, white or cider vinegar,extra virgin olive oil, light mayonnaise, dry mustard, celery seed, pepper
Directions
shred cabbage & carrot, chop onion very fine, peel apple & chop fine. shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered container. pour over vegetables and stir. Refrigerate & chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
