Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup flour2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon salt3/4 cup fat-free milk1/3 cup splenda1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 teaspoon grated lemon rind1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 large egg whites, beaten1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries thawed and drainedcooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Make a well in center of mixture. Combine milk and next 5 ingredients; add to flour mixture stirring just until moist. Gently fold in blueberries. Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 servings. 2 ww points each.
