Low fat Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 c. pumpkin1 6oz. container of low fat vanilla yogurt3 egg whites1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice3/4 c. brown sugar
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Combine wet ingredients and add to dry. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Do not over mix or muffins will be tough. You can either line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners or spray with non-stick spray. Divide batter into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
