Ingredients
2 C Sugar1/2 C MilkStick of butter 1/2 C Peanut butter6 T Cocoa1 t Vanilla extract3 C Dry/uncooked Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal (Plain)Pinch of Salt
Directions
Mix 1/2 cup of Peanut Butter, 6 tablespoons of Cocoa, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, 3 cups of oatmeal (dry, uncooked, plain, old-fashioned), and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl (bowl needs to be fairly heat resistant as it will have sudden exposure to boiling liquid). Mix 2 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup of milk, and and one stick of butter in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Let mixture boil for one and a half minutes, stirring it frequently, then blend into oatmeal mixture. Scoop mixture onto wax paper and allow to cool.
