Kimber's Hummus

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (garbanzo) beans2 Tb. fresh squeezed lemon juice1/4 c. yellow onion or 1/2 tsp. onion powder2 Tb. roasted garlic mashed2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil2 tsp. cumin1 tsp. cayenne pepper1/2 tsp. sea saltfresh parsley (optional)
Directions
save 1/4c.to 1/2 c. reserve liquid when draining chickpeas.
place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Use reserve liquid if need be to make it the right consistancy.
