Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, slicedMilk, 1%, 4 fl ozVanilla Yogurt, 6 oz (you can use a non-fat or low-fat yogurt if you choose to)Banana, fresh, 1 mediumHoney, 1 tbsp
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender, and cover
Blend (Puree) for 45 - 60 seconds
Serve
