Grandma's Swiss Steak

Ingredients
2# Round Steak2 cups chopped Celery2 cups chopped CarrotsI large chopped onion2 16 oz cans of diced tomato'sSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut round steak into smaller pieces, brown and remove excess fat. Add tomato's, Carrots, Celery & Onion, Add enough water to cover vegetables. Bring to boil, then drop to lower heat til vegetables are tender.
This can be served over noodles, rice or whatever.
