"Grilled" Chicken breast

1 chicken breast hint: (put between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and gently "beat" with tenderizer mallet or bottom of mug until it's uniform thickness on breast. This will help cook the meat evenly)2 cups of beef brothdash of back pepper1/2 cap of any Mrs. Dash seasoning
In a wok or sautee pan,combine broth and seasonings and heat until rolling boil.
Turn heat to medium.
Add chicken breast and cook about 6-7 minutes on each side or until knife inserted brings clear juices.
I like to slice the meat in bit esized pieces and place on a bed of mixed greens and top with your favorite salad dressing. I also add diced tomatoes, onions, etc to the salad greens for more flavor and color.
