Healthy Nachos

Ingredients
1/2 c chickpeas, drained1/2 c black beans, drained1/2 c corn, drained1/2 onion, chopped1 tbsp ground cumin1 tbsp paprika1 tpsp chili powder4 tbsp your favorite salsa1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese1/2 c fresh tomatoes, diced4 servings of baked tortilla chips
Directions
Saute the chickpeas, onion, and spices together in a pan over medium heat. When onions begin to sweat, add black beans corn, and salsa. When thoroughly warmed, move to a serving bowl, top with cheddar cheese and tomatoes. Serve with the chips, and enjoy! Dish is low in fat, high in fiber, nutrients and taste!!!
