Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

1 small onion, diced1 (16 oz) package of sliced mushrooms1 (10.5 oz) can of low sodium cream of mushroom soup1 lb stew meat2 Tbs white wine2 Tbs worchestershire sauce1 cup of low sodium beef broth1 tsp dijon mustard2 cloves garlic, pressed (I used tastefully simple brand Garlic Garlic)1 cup sour creamseasoned flour
1. Lightly flour the beef with seasoned flour.
2. Put first 9 ingredients into crock pot (in order)
3. Cook on low for 7-9 hours, or high for 4-6 hours
4. Add sour cream during last hour of cooking
5. If desired, mix 1/4 c milk with 1 Tbs flour and add during last 1/2 hour of cooking to thicken sauce
Makes 6-8 servings. Nutritional value calculated for 6 servings and not including step # 5.
