Sweet n Sour Broccoli & Carrots

Ingredients
2 c. Fresh Broccoli1.5 c. Baby Carrots Sliced into Strips1/4 c. Cider Vinegar2 tsp. Splenda3 tsp. Yellow Mustard
Directions
Chop up veggies an place into a container with a lid. In a separate small bowl mix together Cider Vinegar, Splenda, & Yellow Mustard. Once mixed pour dressing over veggies in the bowl and close the lid. Shake the container to completely coat and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Makes approx. 5 - 4 oz. servings.
